What happens if “NOT the right embryo” is transferred?

Transferring an aneuploidy (abnormal number of chromosomes) embryo back to the uterus might lead to:
1- failure of implantation.
2- Miscarriage at different durations of pregnancy
3- In few cases, a baby can be born with an abnormal number of chromosomes. Babies with a chromosome abnormality have a specific pattern of intellectual disabilities and birth defects called a ‘chromosome syndrome
