Preparations for the day of appointment:

* We prefer that the wife would come fasting 12 hours (to have nothing in the morning) in order to make some blood tests. The purpose is to assess the reason for the delay of pregnancy or failure of ICSI trials done elsewhere.

* We have a complete fully automated and the most accurate system so that the results of most of the tests will be available on the same day and before meeting the consultant; so the diagnostic workup and management plan can be done in the first day.

* The husband also should have his semen analysis done in our laboratory utilizing the latest techniques available, and the result also will be available on the same day.
